By purchasing and using the “Wifi Now!”  (“Service”), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description: The Service provides access to a high-speed wireless internet connection for a fee. The fee structure, including pricing and payment terms, is outlined on the portal or as communicated during the purchase process.

2. Payment: You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Service in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified. Payment may be made through the methods provided, and access to the Service is subject to receipt of payment.

3. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and for lawful purposes only. You may not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access to networks or data, or distribution of malware.

4. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
